Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of aicoach.org.uk and to any course, subscription or coaching you buy from us. "We" and "AI Coach" means Iain Harris (trading as AI Coach), Flat 1 Stable House, Street Lane, Ardingly, RH17 6UA. By subscribing you agree to them.

Our services

We provide AI training and coaching for businesses, adults and children, including online courses available by monthly subscription. Details and prices are shown on our website at the time you buy. Project scoping for businesses is provided under a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope and fees.

Children

Children's courses are for use by children through a parent or guardian's account, with their permission and supervision. We do not engage with children directly. The parent or guardian is responsible for the account, payment and the child's use of AI tools.

Using our content

All course materials, logos and content belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning, or within your own team for a Business plan. You must not copy, resell, share your login or publish our materials without our written permission.

About AI

AI tools can make mistakes. Our courses are for education and general guidance and are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services, attempt to break into our systems, or use them to break the law or harm others. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. If you are a business customer, this section also applies to loss of business or revenue.

Changes, complaints and law

We may update these terms and will tell subscribers of material changes. If you have a complaint, email info@aicoach.org.uk and we will aim to reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may use your local courts.
